Character Study
What began as a kitchen renovation quickly became a broader reconsideration of how the family lived in their 1890s home. The original layout lacked a natural flow at the center of the house, prompting spatial rethinking. This led to a reworked layout combining balance and original character. The work extended into the children’s shared bath and their two new bedrooms, each designed to grow with them into their teenage years.

A MODERN KITCHEN IN SYNC WITH A CLASSIC HOME
The millwork and stone profiles were carefully crafted to integrate thoughtfully within the home’s original architecture.

CLASSIC STYLING
WITH MODERN AMENITIES
The appliance garage was designed to resemble a built-in hutch. Vintage lighting and a restrained color palette were incorporated throughout to harmonize with the rest of the home.

Custom millwork throughout the kitchen includes tailored cabinetry profiles, range hood detailing, and thoughtfully integrated hidden storage.

A BATHROOM WITH OUR TINIEST CLIENTS IN MIND
Designing the bathroom required careful planning to incorporate ample storage and function. A step stool concealed within the toe-kick makes everyday essentials accessible to little hands.

KIDS’ ROOMS WITH SWEET AND SOPHISTICATED STYLE
We designed the children’s rooms to reflect their individual personalities and interests while ensuring each space blends beautifully with the rest of the home.
